DOMESTIC SERVICE TERMS


Reservations made with RML Airport Concierge Services in Los Angeles (LAX) and New York (JFK) airports for Meet and Greets, Airport Transportation or any other services booked through Airport Concierge Services, must be cancelled at least 4 BUSINESS HOURS prior to any Flight Arrival and/or Departure.

Reservations made in LaGuardia (LGA), Newark (EWR) and Burbank (BUR) airports must be cancelled at least 7 BUSINESS HOURS prior to their arrival and/or departure.

Domestic Travel reservations (other than for LAX, JFK, LGA, EWR, BUR airports) must be cancelled at least 24 BUSINESS HOURS prior to their arrival and/or departure.


INTERNATIONAL SERVICE TERMS


International Travel Service Reservations for Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Africa, South Pacific and the Middle East must be cancelled at least 72 BUSINESS HOURS prior to their arrival and/or departure.


RML BUSINESS HOURS


BUSINESS OFFICE HOURS: 6:00AM-6:00PM Monday - Friday PST; 6:00AM - 2:00PM PST Saturday & Sunday.

Any changes or cancellations received outside of normal business hours will be addressed on the next business day. Full quoted Meet and Greet charges apply for changes or cancellations that fall within the above parameters.


OTHER AIRPORT CONCIERGE SERVICES TERMS - CONDITIONS


Flights arriving and/or departing between the hours of 11:00 PM and 12 Midnight and thereafter are subject to an additional fee.

Additionally, Airline Flight Arrivals and Departures between the hours of 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM are subject to an added charge.

Prolonged Flight Delays and /or Flight Cancellations, that result in an extension of Airport Concierge Service representatives alloted time, are subject to an additional fee.
